Reki is the Director and an AMS 3–6 Lead Teacher at Peninsula Montessori Academy. She holds a Master of Education in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Boston University. Reki believes that every child has their own unique pace of development, and that the role of education is to create a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment where children feel understood and trusted. Through a bilingual Mandarin Chinese and English Montessori environment, she strives to nurture independence, confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love of learning. She also values strong, meaningful partnerships with teachers and families, working together to support each child’s growth and development.

Yoyo is a Montessori educator with a deep passion for working with children from birth to three. She completed her AMI 0–3 Teacher Training in San Diego in 2018 and has several years of experience supporting young children in their early development. Yoyo believes that children thrive in a carefully prepared environment where they feel respected, safe, and free to explore at their own pace. She is also passionate about Chinese language education and early childhood art, using songs, stories, movement, and creative experiences to make learning meaningful and joyful. Through her work, Yoyo hopes to nurture each child’s confidence, independence, curiosity, and love for discovering the world around them.

Vega is an Assistant Teacher at Peninsula Montessori Academy and is currently completing her Montessori Teacher Training. She enjoys working with young children and believes that children learn best in an environment where they feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore. With patience and attentiveness, Vega supports children in their daily classroom experiences while continuing to deepen her understanding of Montessori philosophy and practice. She hopes to grow alongside the children and contribute to a warm, joyful, and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and confident.
