Head of School
Simona Coborzan, M.Ed
After studying and working for over twenty years in the Early Childhood Education field as a teacher and an education coordinator, I moved over to the administrative side as a director. Over the past eight years, my role primarily involved supporting a team of teachers who are working directly with children.
Additionally, my focus was on maintaining Massachusetts State Regulations regarding early childhood education programs, business development, marketing, communication, curriculum development, child development, and community outreach. My role is to lead and cultivate a vision and mission for the program, one that ensures a safe, quality early learning environment that meets the developmental needs of young children. My role encompasses the oversight and delegation of all aspects of the program’s operations and the implementation of the program’s policies and procedures abiding by all EEC licensing standards. I strive to create a professional atmosphere, which fosters supportive relationships among children, staff, and parents.
Outside of work, my interests include politics, Romanian culture promotion, reading, arts, and travel.
